After graduating from Harvard, Farkas began his success by starting Insignia Financial Group. At its summit, Insignia oversaw apartments and commercial real estate. After its sale, Farkas started Island Capital Group and began to purchase real estate in New York. His third major success was the collection of businesses named C-III which has been increasingly monetized over the past year and a half.
Now, he has started his year strong after experiencing one of the best years he’s had. Farkas has ventured into the Hotel and Hospitality industry by purchasing Lexington Hotel and the Sheraton Times Square.
